Good morning.
Client sent an email saying that normally they receive text messages and emails when a new lead comes in. However, the last four that are on the leadsheet did not come through our email or text services.
Can we make sure the problem is fixed so they can get their leads?
leads notifications are set to go to the following email addressAnd the cell phone notifications to:201-925-6625, 908-645-3292

Please ask them to check in their junk/spam folder in case those leads went in there.
I sent them an email yesterday asking them to check the last test I did and they have not responded yet.
I will ask them about checking their junk/spam folder.
However, they said they were getting them prior to this so that should not be the case.
In any event, let me see what they say when they respond.
