I sent the lead sheet to the client.. But they wrote me back saying" We are still having issues getting the lead emails and phone notifications. Can you please resend a test email and do a test notification to all of our cell phones for the numbers that we gave you? " Can you please check out what is going on? I filled out the side form and pop up on their CS page yesterday to test it. I also noticed that they have 2 new leads since my test. Thanks.

I just tested again with my own email and received the notification successfully in my inbox.
For phone notification I added below SMS gateways. Please confirm with them if these are the right SMS gateways for their phones. If they are not sure. Please ask them to contact their phone carrier support.

Are they all not able to see the lead notification or some specific person in their team? Have they already checked in their junk/spam folder?
