I can also verify that this user password combo is not working. 
I am searching to see if I find any changes. I have also sent a text to Chris about the login issue. 
Waiting on his response.

That's messed up. 
BTW, UptimeRobot is also reporting some errors with 
https://www.neemmedicalspa.com,  site as well.
Overnight, we had a few  Internal Server Errors (500), Forbidden (403) and   |  Connection Timeout.

Move client to the inactive list. whitney.zelig@gmail.com  - send client a pro-rated invoice. 

Done, client moved to INACTIVE LIST. 
Should I remove them from our list of servers being monitored then? I have 2 of their websites on our list.
