I am trying to figure out what happened here.
I personally tested these links when I worked on the Weekly Ad & website audit sheet. My notes are there which means I tested the ads. It is what I generally do.
You also appointed a task for Kristabel to take care of this on Feb 17th.

Something happened here. Because Chris provided that URL to shane on the 17th of Feb. They were working fine. 
I also test the URLS in ads when I do the weekly audit. I test each url in each ad. 
That is as long as the ADS are LIVE. Or the campaign is active.
