1) For this set up they are going to want an after-hours text message replies set up. I'm just figuring out the times exactly because of their different operating hours. I'll post it below in a moment.
2) AND they want the phrase detection trigger set up. So when someone types -Stop -Block -Opt Out can we DND them to keep them from receiving future texts?
3) text templates are also saved for 2nd and 3rd auto text are saved in sub-acct and an email template to expand the core campaign into the usual settings. Thanks!
4) they have been trained so feel free to make LIVE as well. Please and thanks!

- It's not possible to have different hrs on different days in the campaigns in GHL. It wouldn't work.
If we set up a campaign for the above type of automated texting Two things will happen depending on what condition we have set in the campaigns.
In case we have "IF" set in the condition and someone submits the forms in OFF hrs. GHL will directly send the next message (2nd attempt) after 24 hrs.
In case we use "WHEN" in the condition and someone submits the forms in OFF hrs. GHL will then send the next message in the ON hrs next day but then instead of moving to 2nd attempt text directly it will wait to send a message on sat in ON hrs and then again and on Sunday and then only it will move to the 2nd attempt and then to the 3rd attempt.
So we need to have the same set of hrs on different days in the campaign.
