I have the ads pointed to the landing page that Whitney suggested. It does not look like conversion tracking is working to me.

The conversion pages on side forms are fine...
I am seeing tags firing there.. The only one firing is the  Google Ads - Click to Call

Isaac, it wasn't my cache that needed to be purged because I tested it now and it is working fine. 

Plus, I tested it using mobile which is separate from my PC. 
In any case, we are good to go so thank you.
