I add the optinmonster code as soon as I create these GTMs to avoid issues. 
The problem here is that we don't have access to the GTM on the mainsite for this client. https://www.newportbeachmedspa.com
We have GTM installed on the microsite = 
https://newportbeachmedspacoolsculpting.com/coolsculpting/
So this means we will need to either create a new GTM for the main site and add the optinmonster code.. or see if client would give us access to their present GTM. 
Is that correct?

I went ahead and created a new GTM for the main site.
Please add this one to the site and delete the other one there now.

Hector  - I just checked but couldn't find any place in the portal of the service where the client has this website built and hosted. Can we either ask their developers to insert them for us on their end or provide us SFTP access to the website files.

I requested DELEGATE access to their Godaddy account. Is that enough for you?
It is under the name EVA.

Hector  - Please ask the client to ask Prosites.com service support to either upload the code on their end or provide us with the sftp access.

I just logged into prosites.com and they have no SUPPORT.. none. 
The only option is to call  (888)932-3644 .. So I called them and they said they do not provide SFTP access. But they will upload the code for us if we email them at 
service@prosites.com
