Ivonne - I just checked in the AR service dashboard but couldn't find any option to export the patient list. I have now connected their support team. Will keep you posted.

Ivonne - Need to ask the client for the super admin credentials. Below is what the AR support team replied back. (Please see below screenshot)

By "that page" in their reply. They are referring to the page from where we should be able to do the export.

Isaac I asked Lauren to adjust the credentials to super admin and this was her reply. 

"Nowhere was there access for super admin but I did go in and add more access to everything. Please try and see if it works now."

Paige - Thank you. Sent their support team a new email. Included both the above emails and you as well in the thread.

Paige Ivonne - Their support team wants the client to send them an email directly from the registered email address. Please ask the client to contact them directly and they should be able to provide the exported zip.

Paige - Got it. Will import. I am currnetly having issues with the GHL default import not skipping duplicates. So I will need some time to manually remove the duplicates in excel and then do the import.

Paige - Ivonne just told me on slack that Elizabeth will help us removing the duplicates from the above list so that we don't have any duplicates in the text blast account.

Elizabeth - Please let us know if you have any questions or need any help. Also once the sheet is ready to be imported. Please tag Ivy .

Ivy - I believe you are already familiar with importing the contacts in GHL. So once all the duplicates has been removed from the sheet by Elizabeth it will be a simple GHL import task. Will you be able to help us do the import?
