Good morning Whitney.
Off the bat I say that they shouldn't be surprised about Spanish speaking clients since the Doctor's name is OCASIO - very popular name in Spanish world.

This could be due to new ads running on Spanish speaking stations regarding incontinence in the New York area. And plain organic search.

Having said that, Shane, can you please make sure that we are not targeting any Latin audience?
I have restarted Dermal Fillers on Google ads and updated client's spreadsheet, MK status sheet.

Shane Quast, Medstar Shane please take note and update the scripts since I am not sure if my budget adjustments will be overridden.
