This is awesome news Whitney. I will update the client's spreadsheet, MKT Status sheet, SEO spreadsheets, plus BC3 folders to reflect that. 
I will also commence the SEO work on Bright Local, AHREFS, etc.

do we have access to the gmb super Hector  ?

whitney.zelig@gmail.com We do. I have already beefed up the profile and service descriptions. I do have a question that maybe you,  Alyssa or Hector  can answer, but when I am on the profile and go to ask a question, it shows as Medstar Media commenting instead of the client. That doesn't happen with the other profiles so was wondering how to fix it. 

good question for Hector  - hector you think it matters? 

Brittany it has to do with level of access. We might not have full owner access. I’ll request it. 

Ivonne that's actually not accurate. I procured the access for both of these clients GMBs. Yes, they have 2 of them.. one for each website...
All we have is Manager access.. same as most of the other GMBs.

I was able to reply to the reviews as OWNER from our support account even though I am only manager...  

Brittany when you go to reply to a review, make sure that the GMB name and OWNER is checked... if you do not see it checked, then you may need to check how you are replying as.

Ivonne   I didn't have to do anything. The next time I went in there, it just automatically let me post as the client like the other ones do.
