Thanks for confirming Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne , fyi, developers can always create the homepage confirmation even if the ipsom is still there.  I will make sure it's updated on landing page and homepage in audit before trello, that way all forms can be connected at the same time.

Hi Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa - I didn't check for them on my end. As per the current protocol. Developers who are working on the client website confirms me once they have completed all the forms on the website and only then I go ahead and set up the leadsheet. This way we avoid double work.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can you please check the connections with the leads on the leadsheet and gHL? We are seeing some coming through on the leadsheet but they are not pairing with the GHL account. 

Also, it looks like we might be getting leads from Google but they might be reporting as Facebook ads on the leadsheet, but it could be something with the IOS update. Thanks for your insight!

What usually prevents us from connecting it to GHL?

If we connect the forms to a campaign that is still in draft and new leads get added to it. Once we make the campaign LIVE all of these leads will receive the automated text.

For eg. If I connect the forms to the GHL today on 4th Aug and then after getting confirmation from
Vania J, Medstar Vania next week when I make the campaign LIVE. All the leads that will get added to the campaign in this week will also receive the first automated text.

To prevent it sending the text to the already added leads. We either need to delete them all first or delete the campaign and create a new one and re-connect it in the zap which involves extra and double work.

Which is when I tell Isaac that we are safe to go live with the app connections and auto texts. We cant auto texts leads if theres no one on the team that knows how to reply to texts or use the app.
In this case we can go live because the had a mini- training when we did their text blast before the ads were ready. Thanks!

In regard to the facebook ads....Alyssa are the FB ads live? Because it looks like yes they are.
