Hanna, Website Designer Hanna can you add a top and bottom gravity form for https://northsidemedspa.com/tempsure-envi/? We want to distinguish those when possible. I only see on gravity form set up for this page. Thanks for looking into it!

Michelle, Web Dev Auditor Michelle for service pages that have two gravity forms showing on the front-end, be sure to check that there is a top and bottom gravity form created in the form settings as well. We want to distinguish top vs bottom for tracking conversion events. Thanks for your help in this audit!
