Following the completion of client {Nova Integrated Health - www.novainnovated.com} and their website (https://novainnovated.com/) setup, began to check on pop ups, side forms and other forms to make sure they were working correctly. And that they were populating on the leadsheet. Verified that everything was working correctly, closed out task.

Isaac is there a reason the side forms do not show the LEAD SERVICE type?

Hector - Yes. It's because these are Elementor forms. To pass the lead service type from these forms to any other service. We will need to make some adjustments to the forms. I asked regarding this to whitney.zelig@gmail.com in another task. Waiting for a confirmation from her on this.

I am surmising that the other ones are also not hooked up either?

So the developer has removed the old pop up and now ours is the only one showing. However, I am not seeing a thank you page when I fill out the pop up.
