Followed up on No longer a client task for Nova Innovated Health - www.novainnovated.com. I went ahead and took care of turning off campaigns, removing client access to leadsheet, etc. I also removed them from Uptimerobot, lists, and other spreadsheets. I  Will notify Isaac to remove GHL, turn off Zaps, release Twilio, etc. I will remove from active list and place BC3 folder on archive in the coming days. 


  • - Turned off all campaigns - Google ads access has been removed. I cannot get into their account. 
  • - Updated all sheets - DONE!
  • - Paused all conversion tags on GTM = NO tags to pause. 
  • Remove Website from Uptimerobot, list, etc. YES
  • Remove client access from the leadsheet - YES

I would recommend making a new workspace on monday.com for these tasks and using only that medium to communicate for this task to avoid any confusion or mistakes. Information coming from different communication channels is hard to track and also increases the chances of mistakes and keeping everyone involved in the loop.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  completely agree. I'll jump in on your Monday meeting this Tuesday to see where. But don't worry if it has already been released. It's not imperative, we just wanted to start a new protocol where we waited a month to see if the client wanted to continue GHL service.
