Also please confirm them if they have their IG biz account connected to their FB page. If yes. Please ask them to instead share their FB page account access.

Or if they prefer. I can make a video for them and they can connect it to their GHL on their end. It's very easy to do.

Also I just checked and GHL app has updated the requirement for this integration. Now the client need link their IG business account with their their FB page and the integration will be done through FB page admin account in their Medstar APP.

So now we will need to instead ask for the FB page account credentials once they have successfully linked their FB and IG account. If they are not sure if these are linked or don't know how to do it. Please ask them to share the correct credentials for both the accounts.
