Ivonne I connected his account a couple of days ago. I replied to Chris's email. It was working fine. And I now see that the password is changed again so the feed is not working again.

Ivonne It was connected. I logged in to see what happened because it's disconnected again. 
His Instagram account might be deleted because he posted too many nude photos and violated Instagram guidelines. That's the reason why the app automatically disconnected his account again.  

Selena but if I go to IG, I see it. What else can it be?

Ivonne I don't see warning notification from Instagram on his account. I connected his feed again. I checked in incognito and it's working. I hope it lasts. We have never had problem with Instagram feed on other websites.
