Hector Ivonne   - I just checked and couldn't get in with the above details on novaurology.com website.

Also on the spartanmenshealth website they currently have the "Contact Form 7" plugin used for the static forms on their website. Should I connect these existing forms or first replace them with the GF plugin forms and then connect them with the Highlevel?

Not sure why those credentials are not working for you. Unless the doc changed them so we would not update the constant changes he did and does. Let me contact him and find out.
