I just tested the pop up on this page https://betterbodymd.com/shockwave-therapy-ed-treatment/ where we are running ads to.
However, I am not seeing any leads show up on the client's lead sheet.
Can you please check why this is not hooked up?

It appears none of the pop ups are hooked up to the lead sheet since this one is also not appearing on lead sheet = https://betterbodymd.com/hormone-replacement-therapy/ -
Side form seems to be working for this one.

This means none of the pop ups are hooked up to lead sheet.
