Areas that need improvement : The staff of BetterbodyMD can use some training on how to go about contacting potential leads.

Summary: At no time did anyone try to call the lead directly. While they did send a text message, it was only sent 6 hours and 6 minutes later. In addition, there was no other form of follow up contact made to the lead. No follow up texts, emails or more importantly, a phone call was made to the lead. 
We highly recommend Desk training for the staff on how to handle and contact potential leads.

These people are getting a lot of leads but I am not seeing them follow up on the leadsheet. 
Also, they never called me directly when I secret shopped them. All they did was send two separate text messages, no direct phone calls.

They were using them before.. I see edits there... 
Still, we have to find out if they are following up. 
Last time, they did not call me... only text.. 
They could be getting so many leads, that they are only following up on those who they don't have to work too hard for.
