Listening to calls from them now. Finding a lot of issues for you to report back to them. 

  • Staff does not seem to be ready or willing to promote Coolsculpting as they do other services. 
  • Also, spa has a large number of Spanish speaking callers requesting info on Coolsculpting. But most of the time, no one is available to speak to  them or explain the procedure.
