Hey, I am working on this guy to remove his smart search campaigns but he is a know it all. I sent him the video you made. It may take a few more days. The ads are currently paused, I told him it was due to budget. If you are waiting on him to turn off the smart campaign, please keep ads running March 1 until I can get him to turn it off. Thanks

I had turned the campaigns off. It's going to take me months to get the account to recover from the damage that the smart campaigns are doing. I will turn them back on, but please make the client fully aware that it's likely to take us one month to recover for every day he leaves the smart campaigns active. We cannot guarantee any results.
