One of the zaps is not set up to nofity the client. The client wants it going to highlevel but also to be emailed like the others ones.
Also, can you make sure the highlevel forms we use on the site are required to have phone numbers:

To sum it up. Make sure all forms are connected, names are mandatory, emails . and phone and the client is getting phone notificaitons

One of the zaps is not set up to nofity the client. - They have 4 ZAPS in total.
One is for Optin popups (which is set to send notifications to these emails - Michael.NusbaumMD@gmail.com, brittany@nusbaumweightloss.com and also CC to jennifer@nusbaumweightloss.com, NMCLeads2019@gmail.com).
All three remaining ZAPS are for GF's on the website which directly sends the notification to client email from the website.
can you make sure the highlevel forms we use on the site - Sorry didn't get you here. Do you mean the Gravity Forms on the website which are connected with their HighLevel account? Please let me know. Thanks.
To sum it up. Make sure all forms are connected - All Gravity form on this site? Asking to confirm since they have way too many forms right now that are not connected with ZAPIER and also many forms are connected to two separate ZAPIER accounts. One of which we don't have access to. And if we update the admin labels of fields for proper formatting in leadsheet and their HighLevel account. It might cause issues with the ZAP that is setup in their own ZAPIER account.

So make sure are zaps we have hooked up with our optinmonster go to the correct high level account. - Yes I confirm. Their Optin ZAP is connected with their new HighLevel account you sent access.
Quick Note - I have also connected their three Gravity forms ZAPS that they to their new HighLevel account.
Important note - Someone has deactivated ZAPIER addon, Mailchimp addon, Yoast SEO, Optinmonster API ..etc plugins on this website. Last I checked on Saturday. They were all active.
Yoast SEO plugin is still disabled though.
