wait are you telling me that the highlevel account already has a zap so we cannot use in addition to their zap - No. Sorry if I wasn't clear. What I meant is that they have many Gravity forms on the site connected to two different ZAPS out of which one we don't have have access. But you can disregard it as I just noticed the other ZAP integration is INACTIVE.
