Can you please create a lead sheet for this client and share it with chris@medstarmedia.com, mediapong@gmail.com, support@medstarmedia.com - hook up their current zapier. I will have you also hook up their gravity forms soon.
Once you set up the lead sheet for the zaps we need to do it with their website on gravity forms but we will need to disable another integration they with another zapier account. We want our zap to be connected. Below is the login details:

Quick notes -
1) I have only connected only those forms with our ZAP which were already connected with previous company zap. Let me know if you want each form on the site connected.
2) I haven't connected below form yet since it has totally different set of fields. (Please see attached). Let me know if you want me to connect this one as well. Thanks.
