- Phone follow up text templates doesn't need to be added to the campaigns. Client's staff manually send them to the leads.

we discussed the setup for this in whatsapp but lets move forward with it... Please create a trigger sequence that when a lead gets moved into the NO SHOW stage the then get moved into a campaign sequence to receive 3 texts. One at 3 days after being moved in, 7 days after being moved to no show, and then 10 days.

I am seeing that phone number = (973)-833-5058 - on the client's GMB page. That may explain where the Devs got it from. Perhaps Whitney and Vania know more about this.

lets use this one 973-831-2420 that other number (973)-833-5058 goes through their Wix messaging for texting and calls and I dont like connecting a number to a tracking number that is already routing though something else. It took them 5 tries to answer and only one try for 973-831-2420
