ugh. They're not pleased about the additional month of marketing spend after they asked us to pause all marketing. Mostly because there isn't anyone on staff right now to take on these leads. I don't think they'll be coming back anymore. They need to stay paused indefinitely at this point. Thanks Hector!

 I am emailing you some information Chris asked me to request from the client. Chris said he would like to appeal it. I will email them to you. 

Here we go again. Thank you Shane for trying to do your part. The worst is trying to convince the client that they are the ones at fault here, not us. I will let Chris know.. 

The appeal got rejected. I'm fairly certain they had another account at some point. There's nothing else I can do. 

It is not only you that logged into that account. I generally log in every morning to check on google ads accounts...

That's what happened before with Chris' email. Google decided it was bad for some reason. I wonder if it figured out that Ivonne's email was connected as well. 

Shane are you suggesting that the account was suspended because someone logged in? 

payment info is not helpful. Don't bother. One thing to note is that the only person that logged into the account the day it was suspended was Ivonne. This same thing happened w/ Chris' email. 

Well, we will need to do what we do and try to get it unsuspended.

Hi! I just spoke to the client and he 100% doubles down that they never did anything in the past regarding ads except boost a FB post for like $5.

This client must have been running ads from another account at some point in the past

THis account just got suspended. It is outside of our MCC so this is a big issue.
