ugh. They're not pleased about the additional month of marketing spend after they asked us to pause all marketing. Mostly because there isn't anyone on staff right now to take on these leads. The appeal got rejected. I'm fairly certain they had another account at some point. There's nothing else I can do.

It is not only you that logged into that account. I generally log in every morning to check on google ads accounts...

That's what happened before with Chris' email. Google decided it was bad for some reason. I wonder if it figured out that Ivonne's email was connected as well.

payment info is not helpful. Don't bother. One thing to note is that the only person that logged into the account the day it was suspended was Ivonne. This same thing happened w/ Chris' email.
