Allergan splits marketing costs ( google ads & our marketing fees) 40%/ 60%
every quarter we have to send them receipts from their invoices , screenshots from google ads ( jonnamae does this) and screen shots from any blogs we write about coolsculpting.
BTL aesthetics does something similiar ( but not always)
Allergan gives certain providers a marketing spend ( some lower in some quarters- and higher in others)
When the marketing spend is higher- this is a great time to sell SEO/ blog packages. 

Jonnamae - Lets store each report in the client folder and in a combined q4 quarter and then save them drafts. Try to do reports every day so we can send them once we get them.

Jonnamae - I have made a list of clients who need q3 co-op done. Try to do some each day. Laser Aesthetic Center, Sculptology, Docere, Eternal Medspa are high priority. All of them should have Google ads running some of them will have Google ads and Facebook. I am wondering if there is a faster way to combine multiple screenshots into one PDF. You can then use Google sheets to add the summary of the spend at the very top. However, I feel uploading every single shot into Google sheets may take a long time. If there is a faster way to do it please do it.

To your question to me = should we add another user to hubspot under support@medstarmedia.com" I think we should since that will allow you to view your own emails and conversations - while at the same time - let me keep an eye out for you from Support. 
I will look into whether or not we need to buy another license once I try to create a new user today.
