Here is a video on how to do it. Hector   you will most likely send out reports for Chris & I's clients, and Christina you would send out your client's reports. The reason i don't have hector doing all of them is because I want you to be aware of how your client's campaigns are performing. 

This is a simple copy & paste job from shane's emails you will be doing. If a report looks very bad please contact one of us. 

Next monthly report we do, I will be happy to assist you guys on the first few.

Making sure I understand. Shane emails separate reports for each client to Support@MedStar, so around the 1st(?) we'll see a ton of ad report emails and we grab the ones that belong to our clients - or - there's a master spreadsheet he sends in 1 email? 

Each month he sends them out on the 1st or 2nd. You will go through and send out the clients that are yours. However, we are trying to eventually figure out a better system for this. and then we mark in the WEEKLY CS spreadsheet whether they got sent or not

I am going to train Melissa  on Secret Shopping that way she can do that for us. That will allow me some more time for this..
