I just uploaded a document with website blurbs. I think these blurbs are good for a service page on secret shopper, etc. but can we make two blurbs that match the style of the blurbs I uploaded to the message board on operations ?

Melissa Zelig, Medstar Melissa , I am going to look over the document now. But what are the two blurbs you wanted written about for that page you just uploaded? Do you want 2 or 3 of them -  Call Monitoring, Lead  Generation and Secret Shopper? Done with Bullet points style as in the doc?

BTW, not all of these blurbs I wrote here are strictly for secret shopper services. There is one for Call Monitoring and another for Lead Generation.

BTW, they do get Coolsculpting calls. But one, they don't like giving out prices under any circumstances. Not even ball park figures. Not for any services. Two, they never mention promotions or any discounts. Third, charge for consultations. (CS they say is free, but most of the time, they don't ask callers what procedures they are inquiring about until AFTER they tell them about the fee.

Got it Whit, thanks for clearing that up. Luckily I mentioned before I continued working on Dr. Lowney. 
Also, thanks for the updates on the other 4 clients. Sante I already knew since they changed the password to CR. You also told me about Dello Russo. Huntington had no call activity whatsoever. Merlo, did not know, will make note of it. 
In any case, thanks again. Please let me know if anyone else is paused or no longer with us.

Hey Whit, totally agree with you. Yet imagine how much more busier we would be if our Medstar media website was 100%? I think it would be crazier and we would likely have dozens of more clients.

I actually thought that the service(s) page was going to be at the top next to the Home - Services - Contact. That is how most websites have it so people can hover over the services and choose accordingly. 

On the icons, yes. It is why I wrote those snippets for the EMSCULPT page.. Those can be used in that page or this one. I can write some blurbs for this one as well.
