As you know there is an issue with this email -
| info@optihealthinstitutemd.com
It is not working.
I spoke to the Doctor and he told me has has G-suite set up with the
Info@optihealthinstitute.com as a GROUP -
I believe he did this so each time an email was sent to info, the other two would get it.
Is that why they email is not working?
How can we fix this?
Do we need to delete the info as a group and add it as a regular user?
Doc can check for this information from the Admin console, by going to "Groups", hovering the mouse over the affected group, and click on "Edit settings".
I believe I understood you for the editing the Group settings.

I have allowed access where it says ALLOW MEMBERS OUTSIDE YOUR ORGANIZATION ----
Is that correct?
The other part, From the access type table, he needs to go to the "Publish post" section and make sure that "External" has a checkmark.
I have no idea where that is at in Gsuite.

the other email. Once we have it all sorted out,
we may need to update the forms and site again
with the info@optihealth email address.
So the client just sent me a text message saying that
Jennie is locked out of the Google voice account and
cannot text.
It is for the optihealth email.
Can you please find out what is going on?

This is what the doc wrote..
Jenny has been unable to log into the Google account that I referenced earlier on. She used the new password that you sent me yesterday and despite this she is unable to log on. We require the Google voice access through the OPTi health email so that she can text patients.

What about the password for info@optihealth?

info@optihealth is an email group. They don't have their own login.
In this group, they have two members drnager@optihealth and jpratt@optihealth.
In layman terms whenever someone sends an email to this address - info@optihealth it will show up in the inboxes of all memebers of this group.

I can see Dr. sent an email to us asking that we can contact her to get the verification code. She gets in the office at 9:00 am est. Are you able to give a call to her?
I am calling the office now, but they are not picking up yet.
I just sent the Doc a text. As soon as he responds that Jennie is there, I will ask you to login to request the code.
In the meantime, Doctor Nager is asking - about Highlevel you created -
Please explain how this should be used, and why we should use this vs the google phone/texting.

It appears that they were having issues with their Gmail account I created for them, not the ones in Gsuite.
I have sent her the correct login info and I believe this will resolve the issue.

For the Highlevel vs Google phone. Unfortunately, I have never used Google phone so I'm not the right person to reply to him regarding this.
