Notes: We may need to set up Callrail for the CoolSculpting, Tummy Tuck and Emsculpt campaign, I would want to set the calls to trigger with Google ads as well as on the landing page. Client might already have callrail so check back with me on this please. Do not do anything until you hear from me but plan on checking with me on Wed or Thurs and I may have you get started on it.

Just talked to their marketing guy, he is going to give us access to their callrail see if you can find the code to add their script to our Google Tag Manager, the number is set up to trigger only on paid ads lets see if we can get it to trigger on our landing pages as well

Chris, good morning.
I looked to see if found emails in Support@medstarmedia.com in regards to this access. But I did not which means I have to wait for the login info from the developer before I can add the Script to GTM.
Kindly let me know as soon as he sends it to you so that I can move forward with this task.

No.. There is no CR ACCOUNT for them. You said that their developer was going to give us access to the one they had.

I have checked emails in all of our accounts, spreadsheets and emails from us to one another. There is NO TRACE of any callrail or other type of call monitoring account anywhere for Parakh.
We have to contact them and ask them for it or CREATE a new one for them.

Hector the name of it is promoting image. I just linked it with our google ads account.

Callrail account is called Promoting Image but google ads account is normal name

Yes, I kind of figured that. But my only problem is that I cannot find it. We have no access to it. If you do have access to it, please send it to me so that I can access it. And I can update their client spreadsheet to reflect that.

Woe, I see it now.. Since you said you linked it to our Google ads account, I was looking under there. Perhaps you meant to say our Chris@Medstarmedia.com account.

GTM code Callrail tag added.
Number changing on all pages we are tracking!
Number is being properly tracked on Callrail since I just called them!
