Just checked but couldn't find any popups for this site in your Optinmonster account.

Hector - please take a screenshot of our popups for Parkah and the Zap. Jonnamae - we have set up popups for this account correct. We need one for Emsculpt, Tummy Tuck and Coolsculpting. Hector perhaps you saw their popups, if we dont have one in our optinmonster account please assign Jonnamae  the task. 

There are no Parakh Zaps found in Zapier. (using Mediapong account)
OptinMonster code was added by me to Parakh GTM 8 days ago. 

Pop ups showing up on both Home page, EMSCULPT and Coolsculpting pages. (Let me know if there are others you want me to verify)

Isaac - we now have access to the website. Hector  can add it here. Can you see if we can hook up their gravity forms . and make sure the pop ups are working. Last I saw with the lead sheet that was not the case. Also, if their existing web designer has zapier set up can we also set up our zap to gravity forms
