Because I just checked Google ads campaign and I am not seeing anything wrong. 

yeah and they are pretty pissed i wonder if it's an old account they got a notification for. Did you see the email in chris email?

On Google it's not suspended, but the ads did get taken down for "misleading content"

I see Chris or someone opened the email from Erika at Park Avenue. But he or whoever opened it, never replied back. I have added the email to Chris list of Missed Emails and Responses.

Confirming it was another account # they got an email about suspension. But I want to be ready just in case they ask to see screen shots

Ah ok.  So I reached out to Google support already. I read through the "misleading content" policy and don't really see how it applies. My guess is that it is the "hello six pack" language. However, Google support agreed to do a re-review and send a resolution w/in 24 hours. I would suggest we change that headline now though. 

Melissa can you take note of this "hello six pack" does not work for google ads.

It MIGHT not work. Not confirmed yet, just my suspicion. This is on the landing page, not the ads.

Perhaps this ad was this line -  Let the Stubborn Fat Melt Away. 
On the other one maybe this line -    Painless - Get Rid of Fat. 
 Same thing on this one - Melt Them Away 
Then again, there are other ones which don't have that wording and are still disapproved.
