I just emailed it to you at Mediapong email. 
I also read the report again and the only words I used that were judgmental  were DISMAL, SURPRISING & TROUBLING. 
Other than that, I did not see anything that I was that abrasive. 
But perhaps you or Whitney can point me in the direction of which words to use when grading the staff's handling of the calls.
