Hello Roman, Park Slope Laser Team,

How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA.

We need to complete the verification for your Google ads account -  Park Slope Laser 189-993-9386  by July 2nd. Otherwise, the account will be placed on hold and all ads put on paused until it is done. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:
1 - a photo ID (front and back) of the owner or person in charge of Google ads account = Soma Medical Spa 377-447-7633 

2 - W-9 form or - IRS verification letter (CP 575) which includes your EIN number. 

I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. 

To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account at  info@parkslopespa.com where Google ads has sent instructions. Link is here. 

Another option is to send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting to help you take care of it.

I called the office and I could not get a hold of either ilona or Roman. I left a message. 
I also sent a follow up email and this time included info@parkslopespa.com email.

I received an email from Ilona, provided instructions on how to go through the step by step process. She still needed help so I held a Zoom meeting with her and walked her through it. We added the info to the account, uploaded ID, the account has now been verified. We are all set.
