Plus all CSMs will need a training for where to find the templates, that hasn’t been covered for a while and we have several new team members. 

For now please copy paste the important information that Kamie needs from this task into any other tasks already created for content. Sorry for the hassle. Will be sure all the team is on the same page next week.
