- Have you already tried in incognito mode?
I would recommend everyone to always have a secondary browser installed on your system to check for this. So if you use CHROME as your default browser. You can install Firefox and keep it as secondary browser. In this secondary browser. You can keep the cache and cookie permanently disabled. This way anytime you see a issue on a page to rule out the cache you can run the page on this secondary browser in incognito mode. This method would work only in the cases of browser or page cache. 
For the DNS cache you will need to switch to a different IP address. You can do this easily in a premium VPN but if you don't use one. I would recommend installing Opera as your secondary browser that comes with a free VPN.

I wasn't able to replicate this either, however, a Botox popup did appear on the homepage. That isn't supposed to be there, right?

a campaign to raise awareness and visibility of their salon using targeted keywords, to drive traffic to the home page, offering select esthetician services at 20% Off. I called it a "branding campaign" thinking about the intent of getting traffic to the site overall, not with the intent to use branded keywords. Thanks for pushing me on that clarification so I can use the correct terminology.
