- Cheryl called Whitney to ask if she thought a week and half out from event for the text blast was good timing. 
-Also to make sure the e-blast and text-blast would have the same color. 

Cheryl - Where is my LP? e-Blast? Text blast? 

Is it going out on Wed? That's a week and a day for rsvp.

Vania said that was ok, is that really Ok?

Is a week enough? 

N - I was privvy to the conversations about the text blast. Yes, a week and a half is recommended and what works best.

C- No “hard promoting” yet. We think doing that before the blasts gets a little confusing because we are still selling CS cycles. 

Waiting to send out the text blast. 

Vania was updating the color for me.

It is being advertised on our socials and in-house.

I want it all to be  consistent color between text blast and e-blast 

WZ - Putting an event page on the old site would be 1000 then it would be gone when you get new site up. Take great notes on what works, what is ROI, what sells well, etc. so we can replicate it. You have 12K in giveaways which is awesome. 

C- I did it based on purchasing. Giveaways for half of what CS would originally be, 400$, if you buy 8, then 3200 [and she’s counting that as giveaways?]

We have botox giveaways when you purchase CS, 200 in cool cash

Wheel where everyone is a winner. I didn’t find a wheel, the will fill out a thing, first 20 to be pulled will be 100 giveaways, [it’s actually a raffle]
