Shane, I went ahead and paused all 3 campaigns for this client on Google ads. 
Please take note and make sure your magic Scripts do not turn them back on.

I posted in a task an update on this but thought I should post to campfire too for everyone. The client has decided not to run ads until Jan and will not be scheduling training until Dec. Chris said we will pause billing for Dec and restat in Jan. I'll update you when I get more information next week. Thanks everyone!

It sounds like the ad account is owned by the old employee. I would just cancel the credit card.

I can get a hold of FB support and work it from there as long as we have access to their FB. I am curious as to why they just do not remove that CC from the account? Or does the employee own the fb account?

 Listen to this Facebook disaster. LOL. This client has been trying to get ahold of FB for years. They have an old ad running that's owned by an old employee- can't get ahold of- and this ad has been running ever since. Any ideas how to get ahold of FB? I told them to just cancel their CC, but I don't want them to get reported to credit bureau
