It was denied and approved the same day. It was denied, i didnt get a first text, then it was denied again. i got a text to approve the transaction and then it went through. the transaction was definitely approved as it shows on the bank statement as well as our account on google.

 Probably a silly question, but did this client already contact their bank? The entirety of this issue stemmed from two transactions that were rejected by their bank with no reason provided.

 I know from the client's side that this is probably beyond frustrating. Unfortunately, if we don't wait and go "through the pain" of figuring this out, we'll just be starting all over again when this comes up next time with another client. We have a very high level of Google Account Management working through the issue with us. The last update I got was two days ago, saying there would be an update in 1-3 days. We need to figure out how to solve this problem in the future instead of just band-aiding it. I'm sure it is hard to pacify the client; let me know what I can do to help.

- Precision Pain is having a hard time with waiting for us to resolve their Google Ads account issue. Should we try having them start a new ad account? If you are working with Google how long should we wait for them to do something. On a few occasions clients have started new GA accounts and have been fine. Please let

I can't generally help with suspicious payments. Best thing would be to add to our MCC and see if I can get our Google rep to look at it.

Scrubbing or deleting anything will not help.. it is based on payments - CC... that cannot be erased.. Google already has the account and info on their radar.. cannot delete that...

PRP has nothing to do with the account being suspended for suspicious payment activity. This generally happens when:
One, there are credit cards or payment methods being used which were - are being used by another Google ads account somewhere... 
Two, when there are different people login into the account from different locations. 
Three, When Google ads is not sure of the identity of the person-business, 
Four - Because Google ads team will do this routinely, randomly? 
Five,  simply because Google ads is annoying...

- Google accepted Precision RI's payment! We have proof. Yet, they are still suspended "We've detected suspicious payments in your account". This account ran a campaign with prp and stem cell keywords in 2017 for $1500. That campaign has since been "removed". They have two active "smart campaigns" that are enabled but not active b/c of the suspension. Their account is also tied to their old website with PRP on it.  Is it advised to "remove" their smart campaigns and change the site on their GMB before hitting "contact us" and appealing once more?

The Facebook ads account is now disabled due to "ads that don't comply with our advertising standards"

Hi team! This client sent an email today to Whitney, Ivonne, and Chris saying they got an email stating their Google Ads were suspended due to suspicious payment activity. They forwarded the email and it was flagged as potential spam by Gmail. Nothing appeared when I hovered over the links (a trick Hector showed me in the past to see if it's a scam). Can you check to see if their ads are really suspended?

 here's an interesting one for ya. When I tried to start them a new google ad account- found out that they owe google 1000 in another ad account- they said "it was google's fault" but google hasn't deleted the payment-- all information is different except the address to where their location is. This seems risky. Any workaround?
