Precision's front desk person, Ilana, has had 78 botox FB leads and converted only 1. 
We did a secret shop and while she's doing great, I have a feeling her tone of voice is scaring leads away. She suspects that she is gettin bad leads. And that these leads are calling up her competitors, quoting the deal on their ads ($100 Off new client special, 40 unit min) and getting competitors to match the deal.

Absolutely not.

Notes: Front desk was very curt, did not sell me on the treatment at all,  not enthusiastic. Polite, but it was obvious she wanted me off the phone ASAP. 


Advanced Aesthetics:

NOTES: So when I called the front desk of this website, the front desk girl was super confused, didn’t know anything about pricing, and referred me to a different (same company) business called Body by Z. 

The BBZ front desk was far more knowledgable, but she said they have absolutely no package deals or NCS, only the Alle program. Also, she was adamant that they would not match the special.
