Thank you Nicol. 
Suspicious payments suspensions are difficult to discern. That's because most times we do not know - and Google ads wont tell us - what the real issue is. 
It could be their algorithm just randomly picking your ads once you add a CC. 
Or it could be that a similar CC was used on another account. 
Who knows with Google. 
Let's wait to see what they say.
