Hi
Shane
,
Hector
, this is what I received from Illana of Precision Aesthetics RI this morning. I'll also ask about this during our Ads meeting. Thank you!
Good Morning,
Below is the email I received this morning, requesting confirmation of payment. I am attaching a page from the bank statement, showing google payment along with our practice name, and bank name. Also, I'll add explanation that payment was declined first time, because the payment was made with a debit card and needed verification. Once verified, the payment went through. It's also asking for the balance on the checking account, so, I guess i can include a first page of the statement (also attached). Please review these and let me know if there is anything else you think I should. Hopefully this will get resolved after this.
You recently made a payment to Google Ads. Unfortunately, to apply the funds correctly, we'll need you to verify some information. Please reply to this email and provide proof of payment for any payments made in the last 2 months and for payment methods added in the last 2 months. Please also explain any cancellations or declines you may have had on attempted payments to your Google Ads account, if any.
Proof of payment could be a scanned copy of your bank statement or a screenshot of your online banking account. Important: Please black out information that doesn't directly relate to payments made to Google.
Make sure the image shows the following:
1. The balance of the bank account
2. The line items showing the payments made to Google
3. The bank account holder's name as it appears on the bank account
Once we've received and verified your proof of payment, we'll be able to ensure that future payments are successfully matched to your Google Ads account.
Thanks for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Google Ads Support

Hello,
Your Google Ads account has been suspended because it does not comply with our "Misleading Content and Missing Information" policy on unacceptable business practices.
Policy violation:
Unacceptable business practices
About this violation:
When we suspend an advertiser for unacceptable business practices, it typically means that there is something fundamentally wrong with the business itself, posing an immediate threat to our users' safety -- whether online or offline. Examples of unacceptable business practices include enticing users to part with money or information under false or unclear pretenses; presenting a false identity, business name, or contact information; charging users for products or services typically available for free; and sites that are "phishing" for users' information.
We take unacceptable business practices very seriously and consider them to be an egregious violation of our policies. In determining whether an advertiser or site is untrustworthy, we may review information from multiple sources including your ad, website, accounts, and third party sources. Advertisers or sites that are found to be untrustworthy will be immediately suspended and won't be allowed to advertise with us again.
Our specialists have completed a thorough review of your account, site, and ads and have suspended your account only after concluding with high confidence that you have violated our policies. We reinstate accounts only if there's compelling evidence that we made an error. If you believe we've made an error, you can appeal this decision with any additional information you can provide.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
gTech Customer Experience

I have moved this over to the client's BC3 folder. We always want to add things such as this under the client's BC3 folder. It makes it easier to track... Also, please do NOT include Chris in these types of issues. No need to give him any notifications unless they are extremely important.
I will look into this now.. Thank you.

This new email from the client looks alarming... I have not seen one of these in a while. What are your thoughts?

Not really anything we can do. It's caught in a loop. Apparently we lost our google support, which is a huge issue. Trying to resolve that as well.

Okay. Well I am trying to get her Google ads account verified. That may help. However, this client told me yesterday that she disputed some charges on Google ads a year or so back. Only to have to pay them anyway. That may have pissed off Google ads. Which is why they are going this route. They will want to make 10000% sure the payment methods are legit. And that the client knows before they take any payments from them again...
Huge mess..

Well the good news is that I was able to help the client get this account verified. That should make our appeal easier to win...
