I saw an invitation from the client to their Google ads account this morning. 
However, it is READ-ONLY access with does nothing for us. I also cannot add any other users... or to our MCC.

So I am guessing this is one of those controlling clients? 
They only provided us with STANDARD access. I guess we can work with that for now. But if they have any payment method issues, I will not be able to help.
