This is live, but we've got a problem. First, "gainswave" is a trademarked term and we cannot use it in our ad copy without permission from the trademark holder. This by itself is not a gigantic problem and we could work around, but....

All of the ad have been rejected for "Speculative and Experimental Medical Treatment." This is the same designiation that Google gives to plasma therapies and we cannot advertise to these landing pages. 

This account has advertised Gainswave in the past, but not since 4/2023. They ran ads to a generic ED landing page instead of a gainswave specific page, this was the URL: https://home.pro1-health.net/ed-treatment/

They ran to this page once as well: https://get.pro1health.com/gainswave

Shane the page has PRP on it. We'll adjust it asap. Sorry about that! We have protocols in place to catch this but sometimes this term falls through the cracks. In relation to the ad copy, should we make it generic ED?

Do you think we can leave the term "Gainswave" on the page?
