Hector - I just checked in the backend of the website and it seems not all forms have been created yet.

Selena Kristabel Jonnamae - Can you confirm if all forms for all service pages on the websites have been created?

I'm seeing the same form being using on the top and bottom on this page. We need to have separate forms on both locations including the mobile form on all service pages.

Hector  I've already created treatment pages.

Hector Isaac Selena - I just edited the confirmation pages to make them look like domain.com/c/service but it turned all pages into confirmation pages, and it does not let me edit the page on Elementor. For example, this is the Coolsculpting page.

Kristabel Isaac Hector I just figured out that you made mistake with that redirection, not sure why, but if we change the URL to be different it works, here is an example

It seems that if the end part of the URL is the same it will open the same page, ignoring /c/ prefix. So I just added one more letter g, and now it works and it's opening different pages.

Can you take a look and fix those redirections?

Just make sure we don't lose any of the pages.

Are you saying the CS LP will need to have two gg at the end to work?
We cannot have that. It is better to change the confirmation page.
Isaac , perhaps you can figure out what is going on. 
But we need the LP to be /coolsculpting... not /coolsculptingg

Hector - While trying to save a template with the /coolsculptingg/ page I duplicated it and I tried the /coolsculpting/ permalink and it worked. But the header is a little too upward and if you scroll the page all the way to the bottom form it continuously scrolls down and shows the confirmation page content too.

Kristabel  When you visit the website from the private browser (when you are logged out) the header looks good.

Selena - Yeah, I tried so before. It was good before I made changes on the confirmation pages' permalink, even when logged in. It messed everything

Ladies, I know you guys know what you are doing as this is something you are better equipped than me to handle.
I just want to make sure we are doing all we can so the LP has the coolsculpting at the end.
If you guys have any problems, we can always call on Isaac who is the master blaster.

For the header. It's because of the below CSS which I believe either of you has added in the customizer to make the header sticky.

I tried building the section again, but it's the same.

2) Home page form doesn't have thank you page set in the forms.
3) Book now button is not scrolling down to the correct position.
4) All forms still have my email set in notifications.
5) https://pryorhealth.mysculpt.net/privacy-policy/ - Have demo text.
6) For the internal pages. Please use the pages in the menu instead of a custom link. Please updated
