- update all sheets- turn off all campaigns- deleted popup from OptinMonster
- pause all conversion tags on GTM
- change ghl password
- turn off zaps
- release twilio number- remove client access from the leadsheet
I also went into their GTM, however, they have no tags. Removed team from GTM access. Removed their leadsheet access as well.
- change password on GHL (assign Isaac)
- release Twilio number (assign Isaac)

- Delete pop up if on the website. ** Not seeing it on Optinmonster
- update all sheets

For the popups. I couldn't check but it seems they have set up a redirect from go.radiant to medspa.radiant and have deleted our access.
So what does that mean? Do they get to keep our pop ups then?
If so, then that is a problem. We may need to set up new protocols.
