Started the verification process for Radiant Beauty & Health - Luiza Petre MD - www.LuizaPetreMD.com client and their Google ads account - 969-135-2856 I began to verify our agency and then requested email be sent to client to let them know about it. Will send my own email with instructions and W9 form.

How are you?
In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA.
The deadline for starting and completing the verification for your Google ads account - 969-135-2856 has already passed. Because of this, your ads account is now on hold and all campaigns paused. If we do not take care of this by April 13th, your account could be suspended permanently.
You will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:
1 - a photo ID (front and back) of the owner or person in charge of Google ads account = 969-135-2856
2 - W-9 form or - IRS verification letter (CP 575) which includes your EIN number.
I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account at luiza petre at info@radiantbeautyandhealth.com where Google ads has sent instructions. You can find thelink here.
I went ahead and began the initial 1st verification process on our end. However, you will need to start the 2nd phase one to verify your organization. You can start it and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting to help you take care of it.

Good morning. So I have not heard back from Dr. Petre regarding this issue. I called her number listed under her email - Luiza Petre, MD (917) 553-2700 = and it rang, went to VM. But the message said Marissa Feinstein.... I left VM. I then called Manhattan - (212) 203-7098 - I left detail message with issue with the receptionist who said she would pass info along.
I am also sending another email.

Okay, I got a call back from Donna. She said Dr. Petre was on vacation, is back now. That she has the ID and will let her know. I also sent a follow up email to the doctor so she can get it again. Let me see if she responds.

After emails back and forth all day with the Doc and staff, I was finally able to get into their Google ads account to begin the verification process. However, we need more than the ID since Google ads is requesting other documents with the name. I have sent the doctor a follow up email now.
Received the IRS letter and other documents from the doctor and she also provided me with the login information to the account.
I went ahead and added all of the relevant information to the account. I have taken care of the 2nd stage of your Google ads verification process. We now need to wait for the Google ads team to review the documents and information.
