Can you please send me a screenshot with the attempts and also the dollar amount due with the last 4 digits of their card. Usually they always ask for that info so just want to have that prior to me calling them

Great news... I got this client's suspension lifted and Google ads verified... we are good to go.

Yes, Chris. Hindsight vision would have been great here. But at least we know now moving forward how picky they can be... I think it is that they have people in their support team who are not from the USA trying to make these decisions 
Chris Z. So moving forward before submitting we need to make sure we name the account and user/billing info to be exact. I cant believe Google is being this way but we gotta play

Also, they seem to be complaining because the name on the account says Dr. Paul E. Chasan.... and the doc's ID says Paul Elliot Chasan...

They are holding this up because the name on the account says Ranch & Coast Dr Chasan and the W9 form says Ranch and Coast Plastic Surgery... 
I just went ahead and changed it so let me see if that works... They are also complaining about the docs ID.. but it looks fine to me..

I contacted them directly via phone and was able to get ID again.. I resubmitted it yesterday.. Will check on the status now..

I know what happened. I could not figure out how to change all the URLS  landing page at the same time. I had to change each one individually. And Google does not allow for more than one website at a time. 
Can you please show me how you change all of the URLS on the ads in one swoop?
I tried selecting all and it did not work,..

Whitney, I provided Shane with budgets almost 2 weeks ago and the Google ads account on Feb 3rd. I will follow up with him now.

They sent us access and I logged in.. they have several active campaigns. 
Chris said the same so I created a new Google ads account for them. Will let you know once they send me CC info to add payment method to it.

 I had an email ready to send to the doctor and Chris about their Google ads account and it was still in drafts. In any case, they mentioned that the account they sent us access to, is still being used by another MKT company to advertise for Dr. Chasan...
