Following the completion of client {Real Health Care Clinic - www.RealHealthcareClinic.com} and their website (https://go.realhealthcareclinic.com) setup, began to check on pop ups, side forms and other forms to make sure they were working correctly. And that they were populating on the leadsheet. Found an issue with Emsella page, notified Isaac.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac the emsella LP.. when you fill it out, the lead service type is coming out as an  EMSCULPT NEO LEAD...

Thanks Isaac. it seems like the client deleted the test I did so I had to go back to the revisions and add it again. I placed a message there on the lead notes for them not to delete the tests. It lets me know when it was last tested..
